Return & Refund Policy
At Luminora, every piece is made to bring light and meaning into your home — and we want you to be completely happy with yours. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at luminora03@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review your request and get back to you with next steps within 1-2 business days. Please don't send any item back before reaching out — returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.
Who Covers Return Shipping
- If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover the full cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
- For all other return requests, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or style, the fastest way is to request a return for your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven't received it, contact us at luminora03@gmail.com.
